The first day back at the office following the holiday haze of time off, too much food, and hours that disappear before your very eyes? Many people find this depressing and do not want to return to their normal working routine. There are two ways I know of to beat this feeling:
1) Plan two really fun things this week! If possible, plan the first one on Wednesday evening and the other some time over the weekend. Most people find that this little trick works wonders.
2) Sit and consider what it is this year you are looking forward to…what is giving you hope? And, what is it that you WISH you could be looking forward to? What is it that is getting in your way of seeing that become reality?
